We’ve been growing garlic for 8 years now, perfecting our methods along the way and this year we’re stoked to have produced our best crop yet! It was planted in the old pump track, then dried in the deer yards - our unique recipe for success!!
Our garlic is spray free, hand grown Middle Hill goodness. You’ll receive a mix of varieties, mainly large, tasty soft neck garlic, with some hardier, stronger tasting hard neck bulbs thrown in too. Put some aside for seed to plant in a couple of months, gift it, or eat it all up!!
At this stage it’s pick up in Kaikoura, Clarence or Kekerengu only, if you live further afield we suggest you find and support your local growers instead!
